About the Breema Intensive in Bühl, Germany

The Bühl Intensive took place from May 23 to May 27. We heard from all who attended that it was a very beneficial experience.

Participating in the Bühl Intensive were 14 Breema Instructors, 3 Self-Breema Instructors, and between 45 to 50 students throughout the week. This Intensive generated a lot of inspiration and enthusiasm for each instructor to see and take the "next step" in promoting or instructing Breema in their regions. We are already receiving emails about how those individual activities are unfolding!

Here are some excerpts from a letter Pari sent us about some of his experiences there:

"There was a strong atmosphere of support and well-wishing among all the Instructors. In the Instructor meetings, the clear wish was expressed from almost everybody that they want to plan, organize, and do future Breema events together, and invite other Instructors to their place.

“For myself, I decided to spend from now on, everyday about 15 to 20 minutes to contact people who are interested in Breema, and to update my address list.

“During the Intensive and from what people expressed, it became so clear to me that the wish for most of them was to become simple and available to Life in order to find Taste. They said that they are wishing for more presence and Being-participation so they could experience their Life more real instead of just thinking it. For myself, I also saw that my Desire to recognize that ‘I exist’ was very much nurtured.

“Many people also expressed their wish to become more simple in their everyday life, and that they now see that to come to body-mind connection is just one breath away. Therefore, they want to come to breath and body as much as they can remember."
