Many Breema events this spring—and a new video!

Recently we were invited to participate in a benefit performance that took place at a nearby dance studio. We brought mats and gave Breema sessions to the dancers before and after their performances. Everyone who was part of this event donated their time to raise money for a charity project, and we were delighted to support them and introduce Breema at the same time.

We are getting ready for a week of free Breema classes as part of National Dance Week. This year we are offering 11 classes, more than ever before! These weeks always bring great energy and aliveness to the Center, so we are looking forward to it.

All of this is to support our expanded range of weekly classes and an upcoming weekend workshop May 18-19. We are promoting this as a weekend of four workshops, to encourage people who cannot attend the whole weekend. Each workshop will be designed to stand on its own, and also to relate to the other three workshops harmoniously.

That same weekend there will be (at least) two other Breema weekends—a workshop in Eugene, Oregon, with Jon Schreiber as a special guest instructor, and one in Vekhyttan, Sweden, with Birthe and Ulf.

Just in time to help everyone's
promotional efforts, our newest video,
"Welcome to Breema Class," is up
on the Breema Channel on YouTube.
You are welcome to use it in
your emails, or any other promotion.
If you need support for how to use it,

Last week, the Bielefeld instructors taught another five-day Breema seminar at the Seminarhaus Einschlingen.  These seminars, which happen twice a year, are a big support for all the instructors, who both teach and attend the classes as students. They told me that there is a growing sense of unity among them and it becomes very tangible as the course goes on.

The upcoming Breema Intensive in Bühl, Germany is gaining a lot of energy, with over 80 people signed up to attend all or part of the 5 day event.
