There will be over 80 events taking place worldwide!
The Breema Center is hosting 11 free classes and events, including 5 Breema bodywork classes, 4 Self-Breema classes, an "Experience Breema" open house, and many ways to receive a mini-session. We are also starting a new monthly class called Essential Philosophy. The topic for this month is "The Role of the Body in Being Present." Jon Schreiber will be in Portland for a free Breema workshop with Avi Copelan, as well as participating in several events at the Breema Center.
52 instructors and practitioners in Austria, France, Germany, Israel, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and across the US are planning over 70 additional events. The offerings include free classes in Breema and Self-Breema, sometimes in combination with free mini-sessions, open houses, or simply offering Breema sessions to friends and family. A group of instructors in the Northwest will be offering three days of Breema sessions at a booth at the Good Earth Home Show in Eugene, Oregon, as well as a presentation about Breema. There will also be sessions given at the Yoga Journal Conference taking place in San Francisco during Breema Week.
